Commuter and Conferencing Support Specialist

Responsibilities

Manage BPA's parking programs across multiple locations, including Ross and Portland HQ
Oversee administration of public transit programs including Hop Fastpass distribution and reimbursements
Administer BPA-wide motor pool operations at Portland HQ and the Ross Complex
Oversee daily management of BPA's internal vehicle fleet
Provide oversight for all conference services operations
Develop, negotiate, and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) with internal organizations to clarify service expectations, support needs, and escalation procedures
Serve as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or alternate COR for contracts supporting parking services, transit passes, and administrative services
Develop and administer program budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide financial forecasts

Required

You must be a United States Citizen

You will be required to report in person to the official duty location
This position requires a valid driver's license as a condition of employment
May be required to serve as Contracting Officers Representative for BPA grants and agreements; this duty includes additional training and certification
A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service
Specialized Experience for this position is defined as: 1) administering an organization wide program (e.g. commuting/parking program); AND 2) administering Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or contracts for services with internal or external organizations
