Responsibilities
Represent clients in court and before government agencies
Draft persuasive legal briefs, motions, and supporting documents for immigration proceedings
Conduct legal research to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation
Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and courts
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership in any U.S. state
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Preferred
Experience is recommended but not required
