Responsibilities
Have full control and autonomy across all operations including: P&L, Estimating, Project Execution, Hiring/Firing, Maintain and Building on client relations
Provide operational guidance and give clear direction to a good team of people
Plan and make changes with the end goal of repairing the business units' processes
Provide a full understanding of P&L expertise and cost completion reporting
Track and organise in current/previous role(s)
Manage people and set a clear direction while understanding personal factors and what the team needs
Problem solving and seeing upcoming issues before they occur
Implement processes to stay ahead and execute successful recognition
Qualification
Required
Longevity and experience working for an electrical contractor managing successful teams across a portfolio of work $20M+
Experience with HR and overall business management
Ability to plan and make changes with the end goal of repairing the business units' processes
Full understanding of P&L expertise and cost completion reporting
Experience in tracking and organizing P&L in current/previous roles
Demonstrated leadership style and ability to manage people
Ability to set a clear direction while understanding personal factors and team needs
Problem solving skills and ability to foresee upcoming issues
Experience in putting processes in place to stay ahead of issues
Past examples of successful recognition and execution
Self-awareness regarding strengths, areas of improvement, and need for support
