10+ years of technical skills required for Projects, Production Support and Vulnerability remediation
Excellent communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019, etc.)
Proficient in Windows desktop environments (Windows 11)
Proficient in PowerShell for automation of administrative tasks
Windows-based Certificate Management/PKI
DNS, DHCP, and network configuration on Windows servers
Linux RHEL / Unix experience
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise applications
Experience with web-based applications hosted on IIS
Troubleshooting application performance and connectivity issues
Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM)
Batch scripting and task scheduling in Windows
Basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
Experience with system configuration hardening and endpoint cyber security tools (e.g. – Anti-Malware, etc.)
Application and system performance monitoring tools and methodologies
Log management and analysis (Event Viewer, Syslog, etc.)
Technical solution documentation, diagram development, and process documentation
