Responsibilities

Serve as a key liaison between UWP and the ASSET HR and Finance teams
Provide high-level administrative, analytical, and budgetary support
Emphasize class scheduling coordination and academic office operations
Collaborate with ASSET Finance to deliver data-driven insights
Ensure timely and accurate submission of academic personnel actions and student staffing requests
Help coordinate onboarding for Senate faculty, lecturers, student staff, and academic student employees (ASEs)
Manage class scheduling logistics for both the University Writing Program and the Division of Undergraduate Education (DUE)
Work closely with academic leadership and campus partners to ensure accurate and timely submissions
Serve as the UWP liaison for pre- and post-award grant administration for designated funds and units
Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Respond to evolving needs and maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Required

Reports directly to the Director of the University Writing Program (UWP)
Dotted-line reporting relationship to the Vice Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Education (VPDUE)
Serves as a key liaison between UWP and the ASSET HR and Finance teams
Provides high-level administrative, analytical, and budgetary support
Strong emphasis on class scheduling coordination and academic office operations
Collaborates with ASSET Finance to deliver data-driven insights that support UWP's academic and operational goals
Ensures the timely and accurate submission of academic personnel actions and student staffing requests
Helps coordinate onboarding for Senate faculty, lecturers, student staff, and academic student employees (ASEs)
May include supervision of student employees
Manages class scheduling logistics for both the University Writing Program and the Division of Undergraduate Education (DUE)
Works closely with academic leadership and campus partners to ensure accurate and timely submissions

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
