The Account Executive - Growth will engage with enterprise merchant prospects to drive revenue generation and expand the customer base by managing the full sales cycle and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in mid-market growth companies
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
Represent MoneyHash at relevant events to boost visibility and engagement
Identify customer pain points and position MoneyHash as the ideal solution
Deliver tailored product demos to highlight value and benefits
Stay updated on market trends to align offerings with customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and strategies
Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Meet sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a customer-focused approach

Qualification

Enterprise sales experiencePayments domain experienceTechnical background in SaaSCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsFluent in EnglishNegotiation skillsCreative thinkingRelationship buildingSelf-motivated

Required

Proven track record in enterprise sales, technical presale or consultancy preferably within the payment industry
Having a strong sense of ownership and exceptional problem-solving and creative thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry
Fluent in English, any additional languages are a plus

Preferred

Payments' domain experience (Payment, Fraud, subscription, routing, 3DS, Payment Orchestration) is a plus
Technical background in (SaaS, Integration, APIs) is a plus
