Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Data Warehousing projects in healthcare insurance
Coordinate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements
Oversee data migration, transformation, and reporting initiatives
Implement data governance best practices in collaboration with compliance teams
Ensure project alignment with business objectives and data strategy
Monitor project risks, budgets, and timelines, and drive issue resolution
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in healthcare insurance and data warehousing
Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, ETL, and BI tools
Hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar platforms
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Preferred
PMP or Agile certifications are a plus
