Supermicro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Sales Manager responsible for successfully expanding Supermicro's customer base in targeted areas. The Sr. Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro's sales process through various means of marketing activities and working with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team focused on Enterprise and HPC customers to achieve revenue and growth objectives
Develop and execute strategic account plans for top-tier customers, emphasizing solution selling and long-term partnership building
Collaborate with technical and product teams to align customer requirements with solution capabilities
Drive business forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting for the Enterprise/HPC segment
Identify new business opportunities in high-growth industries leveraging HPC infrastructure

Required

Passionate for sales activities
Able to work positively under deadlines and constraints, result-oriented and attentive to detail
Multi-task and time management skills are a must
Consistently meeting/exceeding assigned jobs/goals in timely manner
Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines and cultures; demonstrated communication skills-written, verbal presentation
Experience tracking and reporting data on lead activity

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering or similar fields
Minimum 8 years of experience in a server sales environment
Strong written and verbal skills in English are a must, proficiency in 2nd language is a plus
