Responsibilities

Develop and manage multiwave multichannel campaigns email push SMS using ACS workflows and templates

Implement dynamic content personalization and compliance standards

Configure eventbased triggers and recurring automations

Optimize workflows for performance and scalability

Define data schemas create segments and manage data importsexports

Integrate ACS with CRM CDP and analytics tools via RESTSOAP APIs

Monitor KPIs design AB tests and provide actionable insights through dashboards

Ability to design AB tests and interpret analytics
