Responsibilities

Assist the sales team by processing customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, or email, providing product information and resolving issues

Maintain and update stores and sales records and inventory databases to ensure accuracy

Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and organizing stock

Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies to management

Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule and track deliveries

Support the preparation of sales reports and inventory forecasts

Ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies within the warehouse

Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction
