Responsibilities
Responsible for Debit/Credit card claims processing through Fiserv / Visa
Responsible for account garnishments/levies/tax levies
Responsible for chargebacks of deposited checks
Responsible for the development of reports as assigned
Learn basic aspects of Collections and serve as a back-up to the Credit Resolution Specialist
Learn all areas within the Accounting Department in order to back-up other positions as needed
Qualification
Required
Two years to five years of similar or related experience
Requires the ability to multi-task effectively
Requires the ability to work collaboratively with Accounting team members
Requires strong written and verbal communication skills
Desire to constantly learn and grow professionally is essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel spreadsheets
Preferred
Some higher education preferred
