Responsibilities
Ensure quality of product by performing visual inspection of all materials prior to painting
Perform the painting operations by spraying parts per the work instructions
Ability to troubleshoot solutions for equipment issues and apply them
Consistently meet all quality requirements
Ability to maintain a consistent, steady pace of work
Ensure quality of paint and thinners used by performing viscosity checks and keeping a log of daily checks
Ability to mix chemicals and stains as required per product specifications
Willingness to be flexible and rotate w/ other team members as needed
Assist with Paint Kitchen Attendant responsibilities as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Good computer skills and knowledge
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
No Felony conviction in past 7 years
Attention to detail
Ability to work with team to meet common goals
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write correspondence
Preferred
Experience with air-power hand tools and paint guns desired
Six months to one year related experience preferred
