Warehouse Coordinator / Expeditor

Responsibilities

Deliver and pick up rental equipment, tools, and materials as needed to support field and warehouse operations
Complete and expedite field requests for equipment, tools, and consumables
Load and unload freight, supplies, and equipment
Inspect and inventory materials and equipment as they are transferred to and from job sites
Clean and perform minor repairs on incoming tools and equipment and return items to inventory
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and overall condition of the warehouse, shop, and storage areas
Support remote project operations, including barge unloading and assistance with camp setup
Maintain effective communication and coordination among project participants, field crews, and internal teams
Provide excellent customer service
Perform job-related errands as needed
Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid state driver's license and qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the Company's Driving Policy
Ability to pass drug, driving, and background screenings
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical materials, supplies, tools, and trade names
Knowledge of inventory management processes and systems
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees, business partners, and clients using clear verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others in a cooperative and positive manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization and accuracy
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work with concentration and precision
Ability to read, understand, and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision
Ability to set and achieve challenging goals; demonstrate persistence and overcome obstacles
Ability to meet productivity standards and strive to increase productivity
Ability to observe safety and security procedures, determine appropriate action beyond guidelines, report potentially unsafe conditions, and to use equipment and materials properly in a safe and efficient manner
Ability to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and take responsibility for own actions
Ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe and efficient manner

Preferred

Five (5) or more years of related mechanical and electrical industry experience is strongly preferred
Forklift Operation Certification is preferred
