Edge Requirements Manager
CGI Federal is seeking an Edge Requirements Manager within their Intel sector to advance national security through innovative technology. The role involves managing project requirements focused on edge technologies, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Requirements Management: Oversee the entire requirements lifecycle, from initial ideation to final implementation
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business leaders, product owners, development teams, and customers to gather, analyze, and validate requirements
Documentation: Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
Requirements Analysis: Evaluate requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and alignment with project goals and business value
Change Management: Implement and maintain processes for managing changes to requirements, often using tools like Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
Strategic Alignment: Ensure that gathered requirements directly support the overall objectives and strategy of the organization or project
Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact the successful implementation of requirements
Quality Assurance Support: Work with QA teams to ensure test plans and test cases accurately reflect and validate the requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and/or 2 to 5 years of experience
TS/SCI required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly highly desired
Understand the specific technologies, processes, or standards relevant to the 'edge' domain of the role
Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively facilitate discussions, present findings, and document requirements
Ability to break down complex problems, analyze data, and develop sound recommendations
Ability to guide and coach teams, foster best practices, and build collaborative relationships
Experience in aligning traditional systems engineering with agile methodologies for flexible and iterative capability delivery
Deep understanding of the industry
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10 years of experience
TS/SCI required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly highly desired
