Responsibilities
Develop and implement technical solutions within the Infor CloudSuite Industrial system to meet business goals
Analyze business requirements to design systems that align with functional, performance, and security needs
Configure and customize ERP systems, ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested and meet specifications
Provide Tier 3 ERP support, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring optimal system performance
Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and deliver training as needed
Perform regular system updates, patching, and ensure data quality and integrity
Collaborate with teams to enhance system processes and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Automate workflows using scripting and other tools to optimize operations
Conduct system monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity
Travel to various sites as needed to support ERP implementation and maintenance
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Infor CloudSuite Industrial and related technologies
Proficiency in ERP system administration, including enhancements, customizations, and implementations
Expertise in Mongoose development, API integrations, forms development, and workflows
Strong knowledge of reporting tools, data views, data lakes, and data warehouse structures
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as .NET and SQL Server
Experience in web development using JavaScript, jQuery, and web services
Solid understanding of business processes including finance, purchasing, and manufacturing
Proven ability to deliver solutions following industry standards for analysis, design, testing, and deployment
