Responsibilities
Communicate with our clients
Prepare drafts of pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
Contact and evaluate experts
Trial Preparation
Drafts of Letters and emails
File documents in state and federal court
Keep your attorney’s calendars up to date for deadlines, hearings, and meetings for cases you are working on
Perform other paralegal and administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience as a litigation paralegal
Ability to communicate with clients
Ability to prepare drafts of pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
Ability to contact and evaluate experts
Experience in trial preparation
Ability to draft letters and emails
Experience filing documents in state and federal court
Ability to keep attorney's calendars up to date for deadlines, hearings, and meetings
Ability to perform other paralegal and administrative duties as assigned
Availability Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
