Responsibilities
Perform cost and schedule analysis for active capital projects
Track and report project performance , milestones, and variances
Develop and maintain capital project milestone datasets
Produce monthly and annual PMO performance reports
Manage project authorization and contract data in enterprise systems
Support Stage of Good Repair (SGR) reporting updates
Maintain crosswalks, bid tracking, and contract award information
Collaborate closely with PMO leadership and project teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field
1–3+ years of experience in a Senior Analyst / Project Controls / PMO role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting)
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
Strong proficiency in project cost & schedule control concepts
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be eligible to obtain SWAC ID and required security clearances
Preferred
(PMP or equivalent certification is a plus)
