Oracle Federal Financials Functional SME/Trainer

They are seeking an Oracle Federal Financials Functional SME/Trainer with experience in training development and delivery, responsible for creating training materials and executing training sessions for end users.

Responsibilities
The role will require the resource to analyze an organization and support the functional team in designing and documenting system business processes, in addition, to providing Oracle-based knowledge support for the creation of training materials and functional user training sessions, providing content for communications, business process re-engineering, and user experience development
Help build, develop, and execute training and change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state. Must be able to develop metrics to measure transition and determine appropriate actions
Provide training materials, coordinate, and execute training sessions with the customer base, and support the Organizational Change Management team in preparation for go-live
Trainers may also participate in and support UAT and testing efforts, in conjunction with the functional and technical support counterparts
The successful resource for this opening must be competent in public speaking and large-group meeting or training facilitation. The resource must also show proficiency in written communication skills and relationship building with client counterparts and the customer base
Conduct courses in an engaging manner and ensure that the course is designed to allow active participation in a virtual and/or in-person setting
Manage the training material creation process, including mapping the business processes, benefits, and change impacts to course content
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, including oral and written presentation abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactive problem-solving skills
Must be able to clear a federal background investigation – Applicants will undergo a government security check and must meet eligibility requirements for classified information access
Experience with R12.2 Oracle Federal Financials
Ability to interact tactfully and effectively in challenging situations
Strong collaborative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Training and eLearning experience in Oracle Federal Financials
Excellent customer relationship management skills
U.S. or Permanent Resident; visa sponsorship is not available
