Business Development Intern
RSA Tech is an AI and IT solutions provider focused on building intelligent, scalable enterprise systems. They are seeking driven and enthusiastic Business Development Interns who are interested in building a career in technology sales and business development, with hands-on exposure to real-world B2B sales in the AI and IT services industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in lead generation and prospect research for AI and IT services
Support outbound sales activities, including email outreach and follow-ups
Help qualify inbound leads and maintain CRM records
Assist senior sales team members during client calls, demos, and meetings
Prepare sales decks, proposals, and basic account research
Understand client pain points and align them with RSA Tech solutions
Support event-based sales initiatives and conference follow-ups
Track sales activities and assist with pipeline reporting
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or MBA/BBA in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field
Final-year students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Must be available to work on-site at our Little Elm, TX office
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
Prior academic, internship, or personal projects related to sales, business development, or customer engagement are required
Strong interest in sales, business development, and client engagement
Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
Basic understanding of lead generation and qualification
Basic understanding of sales funnels and pipelines
Good verbal and written communication skills
Confidence to speak with prospects and ask questions
Willingness to learn about AI, IT services, and enterprise solutions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Exposure to inside sales, IT sales, or SaaS sales
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Experience with cold outreach or sales assignments
Experience with college sales competitions or business case studies
Experience with startup or consulting internships
Interest in enterprise technology, AI, or cloud platforms
