Responsibilities

Support a large-scale transformation initiative involving the consolidation of multiple source platforms into Microsoft Dynamics 365
Define, manage, and execute the data migration strategy in close partnership with internal stakeholders and technical resources

Qualification

Required

7+ years of experience in data migration analysis/development, with at least 3 years focused on data migration projects, experience with Dynamics and preferrable from Salesforce to Dynamics (60% development and 40% analyst)
Experience working with the Dynamics sales & pricing module
Strong experience with SQL Server Integration Services (KingswaySoft Preferred)
Experience with platforms: Salesforce, Kantata (Mavenlink), Microsoft Dynamics 365
Proficiency in SQL and data extraction principles
Demonstrated success in complex enterprise system migrations, preferably involving CRM or PSA platforms
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation
Exceptional coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across internal teams and third-party vendors
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and diplomacy

Preferred

Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
Experience with Kingswaysoft
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Data Services is a plus
