Responsibilities

Demonstrates a conceptual understanding of the procurement of records for insurance purposes

Applies this understanding in the performance of routine and recurring assignments such as reviewing, compiling, acquiring, organizing, and maintaining records. Position requires occasional holiday availability

Processing incoming responses from police agencies

Researching and reviews request and police records information from websites, various internal and external databases

Fulfilling, editing, and modifying request for police records to ensure compliance with company standards

Performing additional research as required to meet customer expectations and demonstrates ability to meet and exceed established departmental goals

Processing incoming and outgoing mail

Requiring some sedentary and physical labor

Required

Demonstrate ability to lift 40lbs., comfortable on their feet for several hours at a time, if necessary

Must be available to work on weekends. This is a 40 hour work week, and 16 of those hours will be on the weekends

Position will be Thursday-Monday, 8AM-4:30PM. Employee will have Tuesday and Wednesday off

Available on some holidays

Possess a HS Diploma required

Preferred

Experience in Criminal Justice, Insurance Claims, Call Center and /or police departments is a plus
