Sales Agent
PrismHR is seeking high-energy Personal Vacation Consultants to join a premier cruise line’s direct sales team. The role involves cultivating relationships with guests across the US and Canada, managing outbound sales calls, and providing personalized travel recommendations.
Responsibilities
Manage 100+ outbound calls per day, utilizing leads provided through the website and strategic partnerships
Leverage SF Campaigns to identify travel needs, present luxury cruise products, and close sales
Articulate complex cruise features, benefits, and pricing, including stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and unique itineraries
Establish and maintain high-quality customer relationships to meet retention goals
Proactively track guest travel trends and history within a contact database to offer personalized recommendations
Participate in department-approved mass email campaigns targeted at specific guest profiles
Qualification
Required
6 months to 1 year of sales experience (any industry)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Professionalism in applications
Preferred
Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business
Familiarity with Salesforce.com or travel reservation systems
