Responsibilities
Own backend systems end-to-end, from architecture to production
Build scalable services and APIs in Python/Django
Lead agent orchestration, LLM integrations, and data pipelines
Design and operate cloud infrastructure on GCP
Work directly with founders and shape long-term technical direction
Qualification
Required
5+ years building production backend systems
Expert Django and strong Python experience
Distributed systems, SQL performance, and cloud-native architecture
High-ownership, product-minded engineer comfortable in early-stage environments
Own backend systems end-to-end, from architecture to production
Build scalable services and APIs in Python/Django
Lead agent orchestration, LLM integrations, and data pipelines
Design and operate cloud infrastructure on GCP
Work directly with founders and shape long-term technical direction
Preferred
Experience with LLMs, agentic systems, or ML tooling
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
