Territory Manager - Orthopedics - Chicago
CONMED Corporation is seeking an ambitious Territory Manager to represent their expansive product portfolio in Orthopedics. The role involves strategically selling and promoting CONMED’s Orthopedic products within a defined geographic territory, providing outstanding customer service and product demonstrations to surgeons and hospital personnel.

Responsibilities
Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business
Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the company
Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff
Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service and collaborate with the appropriate CONMED team to develop creative and optimal solutions
Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree + 2 years outside sales experience (Medical Device Preferred)
6+ years of outside sales, surgical tech, or related clinical experience required
Currently employed as a CONMED Associate Sales Representative
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile
Ability to meet with customers at hospitals and to be a member of a credentialing agency
