Enterprise Account Executive
Atlantic Group is partnered with a rapidly growing marketing technology company looking to add an Enterprise Account Executive to its Boston-based team. This role involves owning the full enterprise sales cycle, building a book of business, and managing long consultative sales processes with large organizations.
Responsibilities
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
Build and grow a book of business by leveraging existing relationships and executing strategic outbound efforts
Sell to large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and buying committees
Manage long, consultative sales cycles (6–18 months) with deal sizes ranging from $200K to $1M+
Partner closely with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Leadership in a team-selling environment
Develop strong, in-person relationships with clients and prospects across the enterprise space
Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain strong CRM hygiene
Qualification
Required
5+ years of closing experience in enterprise sales
Prior experience selling marketing technology (CDP, campaign management, or related martech solutions) REQUIRED
Proven success selling to companies with $500M+ in annual revenue
Demonstrated ability to navigate and close deals within large organizations and complex stakeholder groups
Experience with deal sizes of $200K–$1M+ and extended sales cycles
Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and campaign management platforms
Strong relationship-building skills with a willingness to meet clients in person
Preferred
Startup experience is a plus
