Responsibilities

Support the deployment of new product features and enhancements through data collection, testing, and feedback

Assist in the analysis of customer usage and business performance metrics to support decision-making

Contribute to continual improvement initiatives, including marketing and customer engagement efforts

Collaborate with commercial and product teams on research, planning, and rollout of new business opportunities
