Required

Bachelor's degree
7-10+ years of demonstrated sales, B2B, or commercial experience or a combination of pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industry experience
3+ years of year-over-year pharma sales leadership experience
Proven ability to lead teams through dynamic environments, including onboarding new-to-industry talent while maintaining engagement and performance among experienced team members
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Demonstrate a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, disease states, and treatment guidelines within the primary care setting
Apply solid knowledge of sales metrics, market analysis, and budget management to optimize district performance
Share actionable insights to influence brand strategy and execution

Team Leadership: Proven ability to set direction, drive accountability, and build high-performing teams

Preferred

Prior launch experience
Previous therapeutic experience in CVRM, Cardiovascular
Some experience in Primary Care for a pharma manufacturer
Demonstrated success in guiding teams through complex product launches, ensuring alignment, motivation, and readiness across varying levels of experience
