Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Inside Sales with skills in order processing and account management
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs effectively and ensure a positive experience
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and resolve issues proactively
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and records
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and collaborate across departments
Preferred
Experience with heavy equipment rentals or a related industry is a plus
Proficiency in using sales or customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
