Responsibilities

Build and scale user-facing features using React (web) and modern frontend tooling

Develop and maintain backend services in Ruby on Rails, powering matching, applications, subscriptions, and integrations

Design clean, scalable APIs that support both B2C and B2B workflows

Contribute to mobile-first, high-performance experiences optimized for discovery and speed

Collaborate on AI-driven features such as: Role-to-candidate matching, Resume parsing and AI resume tailoring, Intelligent ranking, scoring, and personalization, Integrate with LLMs and ML services (OpenAI, vector databases, embeddings, etc.), Help productionize AI features with reliability, observability, and performance in mind, Partner with ML engineers and data pipelines to turn models into real product value

Build and maintain ATS integrations (SmartRecruiters, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Deel, Lever, etc.)

Design systems that scale across: High user growth, Marketplace-driven B2B demand, Increasing data and model complexity, Improve system reliability, performance, and security as we scale

Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code

Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making

Help establish best practices around code reviews, testing, and deployment

Mentor other engineers as the team grows
