Strategic Sales Executive – Commercial Growth & Partnerships
Debug Pest Control is seeking a Strategic Sales Executive to expand their commercial business across Connecticut and surrounding markets. This high-impact, B2B-focused role is responsible for developing long-term commercial relationships and closing high-value service agreements.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a strategic pipeline of commercial prospects
Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Execute targeted outreach and account strategies
Conduct site inspections and recommend tailored pest control solutions (We will train on this!)
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement (With Administrative Support)
Represent Debug at industry events, association meetings, and local networking opportunities
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (FieldRoutes, SmarterLaunch)
Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure strong client outcomes
Qualification
Required
Have 3+ years of B2B or commercial sales experience
Are comfortable with longer sales cycles and consultative selling
Enjoy strategic outreach and relationship building
Are self-directed, organized, and coachable
Are confident working with business owners and decision-makers
Are comfortable using CRM tools and modern sales technology (including ChatGPT)
