The role involves cultivating new business, nurturing client relationships, and strategically positioning comprehensive logistics services to drive measurable results for the company.

Responsibilities

Confidently negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure new business and expand existing accounts, with a strong focus on air freight solutions for time-critical and high-value shipments, consistently demonstrating the ability to successfully close deals
Analyze customer needs and design tailored air logistics solutions, integrating air freight as the primary mode while strategically combining ground and ocean transportation, warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, and international DDP / D2D services to deliver measurable value and profitability
Develop and execute effective sales strategies for air, ocean, and ground freight, manage a robust sales pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets and KPIs across multimodal logistics solutions
Strengthen long-term client relationships to maximize growth opportunities and strategically position comprehensive air logistics services, supported by end-to-end 3PL, ocean freight, ground transportation, and door-to-door (D2D / DDP) solutions

Qualification

Required

3 years in outside sales or business development within logistics, transportation, or 3PL
1 year of experience in air cargo sales, general sales agency, or freight forwarding
Familiar with e-commerce, D2D, and DDP shipping terms
Strong negotiation, communication, and results-oriented skills
Strong verbal and written skills; able to engage with clients at all levels
Willing to travel frequently for client meetings, events, and conferences
English (Required)
Spanish (Required)
