They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative responsible for converting leads into customers, upselling services, and re-engaging past customers, while collaborating closely with the Sales & Marketing Team.

Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and live chat messages from potential customers. Take the customer from an informational call to order placing. This includes educating the consumer to enhance sales. Schedule and process orders through the CRM system

Upselling: Engage with existing customers to introduce and add additional services to their programs

Re-engagement: Contact past customers and prospects to convert them into new Lawn Doctor customers

Customer relationship building: Establishing rapport with customers and maintaining ongoing communication

Perform all other duties as assigned

Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly explain product details/benefits, address customer concerns, and actively listen to customer needs
