PSI (Proteam Solutions) is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead cross-functional security initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring effective stakeholder communication, financial management, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycles using Agile, Waterfall, or Iterative methodologies

Own delivery of project artifacts including Charters, SDDs, technical documentation, UAT approvals, and deployment plans

Lead stakeholder communication, risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management

Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, capital vs O&M, and accruals

Facilitate collaboration across IT, Security, and Business teams

Support change management activities including adoption strategies and stakeholder assessments

Manage vendor delivery and statements of work

Provide executive-level status reporting

Required

3+ years experience leading IT or cybersecurity-related projects

Experience managing large, complex projects across IT and business functions

Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning

Strong business process analysis and mapping skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Preferred

PMP certification

Agile certifications (PSM, PSPO)

ITIL v3 or v4

Experience with Archer or GRC tools, Policy management, Compliance, and/or Risk Assessments

Energy or utilities industry experience
