Topline Pro is seeking a GTM Recruiter to own go-to-market hiring across various teams. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, partnering with leadership, and executing high-volume hiring strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for all GTM roles across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Revenue or Business Operations, with an emphasis on early talent revenue roles
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role needs, calibrate on talent bar, navigate trade-offs, and influence strong hiring decisions at the executive level
Design and execute proactive, data-driven sourcing strategies tailored to the NYC tech talent market, including market mapping and targeted outreach
Execute high-volume recruiting, including screening, scheduling, closing, and keeping pipelines moving quickly without compromising quality
Balance speed and quality by helping refine structured, inclusive interview processes that uphold a high talent bar
Track and analyze funnel health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill metrics in Ashby, using data to inform decisions and course-correct when needed
Think beyond hiring to care about post-hire outcomes, including retention, performance, and long-term team health
Represent Topline Pro authentically and thoughtfully in every candidate interaction, delivering a strong and consistent candidate experience
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles
Experience recruiting at a Series A–D startup with a high talent bar
Deep understanding of GTM team dynamics across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and adjacent Ops roles
Experience recruiting across a range of levels, with primary ownership of GTM hiring and comfort and excitement supporting early talent hiring
Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, navigate differing perspectives, and influence outcomes without formal authority
Strong sourcing skills with experience market mapping and recruiting competitively in strong tech markets
Data-driven recruiting mindset, with comfort pulling reports, building dashboards, and using metrics to guide decisions
Ability to operate with urgency and sound judgment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
NYC-based and able to work from our Williamsburg office 4 days per week
