Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting with assigned program and daily operations

Assist in supervising the program staff including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, and evaluation

Assist with the organization and administration of programs and special events

Support the assigned program as an instructor and assist in maintaining all program spaces and/or equipment

Assess the success and effectiveness of the assigned programs via solicitation for patron feedback, surveys, comment cards, and evaluation of program statistics
