Manager, Client Success

Responsibilities
Project manage cross-functional work streams, serving as the internal and external primary point-of-contact for campaign execution and management
Pull, analyze, and present inventory for all proposals insuring that such are 100% accurate, provide options for upside growth, analyze past programs and client trends, and maximize sales opportunities
Take responsibility for ensuring timeliness and completion of all expected deliverables and manager expectations of key players accordingly
Lead every aspect of the post-sale client relationship; onboarding, training, demos, regular check-ins, road-map priorities and building retention strategies
Collaborate with the Sales and Data teams to provide the necessary pre-sale proposal generation support
Head up client discussions on tactic capabilities and creative best practices
Facilitate a customer feedback loop to improve client relationship methods
Partner with internal teams across the Client Success department to help improve work-flow practices and develop innovative streamlined processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in digital and traditional media (Planning/Project Management)
1.5+ years of client-facing experience in pharma media or advertising is required
Thorough understanding of media, advertising, and marketing
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, Salesforce
Experience with data visualization tools such as Salesforce reporting/CPQ
Ability to work with large and complex data sets, perform data cleaning, and extract insights to inform decision making
Knowledge of statistical analysis and ability to conduct comparative testing and create scenarios to optimize campaign performance
Experience with project management software such as Trello and Workday to manage timelines and deliverables related to data-driven initiatives
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Good team player with desire to work collaboratively with sales and operations
Self-motivated, energetic, and strongly initiative driven
Strong communication skills; both verbally and in writing
