Responsibilities
Partner with colleagues on projects and programmes as a experienced change practitioner to:- Build or help build change management plans and manage delivery against these plans.- Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard- Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles.- Run one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers.- Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management, for both traditional and Agile deliveries.- Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of Shell's business.- Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change
Qualification
Required
Experience in change management
Ability to analyze business processes
Skills in identifying areas for improvement
Experience in implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs
Ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements
Experience in building change management plans
Experience in managing delivery against change management plans
Ability to build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
Ability to share knowledge and create an engaging environment for team members
Experience in running change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers
Ability to drive business value and outcomes through measurable change management
Experience in both traditional and Agile deliveries
Ability to collaborate with peers leading change across different business areas
Ability to equip the business with skills to manage and sustain change
