Responsibilities

Lead long-range financial planning and multi-year forecasting
Serve as a financial partner to the President and Executive Team
Prepare and present financial forecasts and results to the Board
Translate complex financial information into clear narratives
Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and modeling
Oversee all finance and accounting functions including compliance and treasury
Develop integrated financial models and metrics for reporting

Required

15+ years of senior financial leadership experience in nonprofit organizations
Hands-on experience leading nonprofit accounting functions, including audit and compliance
Proven experience with long-range financial planning and board-level communication
Strong strategic skills in financial modeling and risk assessment
Track record of building and leading finance teams
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

Preferred

Global experience preferred
MBA is a plus
