Responsibilities
Leading ERP and digital transformation programs end to end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
Overseeing planning, execution, governance, and reporting for major IT implementations
Managing senior client stakeholders and communicating progress, risks, and decisions clearly and confidently
Identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing escalations across complex programs
Coordinating and aligning cross functional teams, external vendors, and implementation partners
Analyzing business processes and translating requirements into practical transformation roadmaps
Supporting vendor selection, tender processes, and partner management
Driving change management initiatives to ensure successful system adoption and business readiness
Contributing consulting expertise to client engagements in manufacturing and or wholesale retail environments
Qualification
Required
An academic background in Information Technology or a related field
Five to ten years of professional experience in IT project management or consulting
A proven track record leading major IT or ERP implementations
Experience working in consulting or other client facing environments
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central, or similar systems
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to bridge business and IT stakeholders
Experience managing vendors, partners, and large-scale programs
SAP knowledge, preferably with S 4HANA migration experience
Experience in manufacturing and or wholesale retail industries
Preferred
PMP or other project management certifications, preferred
