This role focuses on operational oversight, process optimization, and ensuring customer satisfaction within Mobile D2C operations.

Responsibilities

Directly manage day-to-day D2C operations, including fulfillment, inventory management, returns processing, and parcel shipping. Ensure seamless execution and alignment with broader business objectives

Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate order execution and delivery. Manage relationships with 3PL (third-party logistics) and parcel vendors to maintain cost-effective, high-quality service delivery

Identify and implement cost-saving measures across D2C operations, balancing efficiency with customer satisfaction

Lead initiatives to enhance operational processes, including streamlining fulfillment workflows, improving inventory accuracy, and optimizing returns management

Track and analyze KPIs related to fulfillment, inventory, and returns to measure operational success. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Work closely with global HQ, supply chain, product teams, marketing, IT, finance, and product development to ensure alignment and successful implementation of D2C strategies
