Responsibilities
Evaluate and provide tax-efficient planning advice on business transactions and restructurings
Collaborate with business partners, finance teams, and members of the corporate tax department to ensure well-advised tax advice
Conduct relevant tax technical analysis on the US and local country tax impacts of business activities
Create and maintain appropriate documentation to support reporting, compliance, and ongoing tax controversy analysis
Communicate complex tax concepts in understandable and useful ways to non-tax professionals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Master's degree, or CPA
Preferred
Master's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
