Budget Handling: Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure costs remain within allocated limits

Facility Coordination: Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships for optimal operational support

Communication Flow: Ensure seamless communication by coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining internal databases

Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce office policies, procedures, and standards to enhance work culture and environment

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any office-related issues or conflicts, fostering a positive atmosphere

Recruiting: Manage and oversee the recruiting systems and processes
