Call Center Representative

Modalways is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound calls and provide support to clients using our technology services. Answer inbound calls from clients and provide accurate information and assistance
Document call details, service requests, and client inquiries in internal systems
Follow call-handling procedures and communication guidelines
Provide status updates and follow-ups to clients as needed
Support basic administrative tasks related to call logs and reporting
Assist with improving customer experience and service processes
