Responsibilities

Drive to achieve regional revenue targets for new business within your own territory, and by leading a team of 3 Business Development Managers

Implement and manage rigorous full cycle sales processes, ensuring clear line of sight to performance, forecasting and pipeline through effective metrics, reporting and dashboards

Create and sustain a performance culture that consistently exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders (employees, customers, shareholders) and maintain an environment that optimizes team and individual performance

Required

Ambitious and results-driven sales professional

Experience leading a team of Business Development Managers

Ability to work as an individual contributor for a key territory in North America

Strong partnership skills with key stakeholders across the business

Experience in driving revenue growth
