Responsibilities

Serve as proxy for Head of Select in business decisions and meetings at the regional level

Ensure consistent implementation of wealth strategies through dotted-line relationships with DD-Ws

Act as liaison to RD-Ws, driving execution of Select operations and key strategies

Provide strategic support and guidance for RD-Ws to customize strategies based on regional nuances

Manage the Request to Join (RTJ) pipeline end-to-end, demonstrating detailed insight into all stages

Collaborate with PMCs on EEA and co-facilitate Capstone with Sherman

Serve as primary point of contact for the real estate team, managing pipeline and site vacancies

Lead and facilitate initial discussions with advisors interested in teaming or retirement

Drive referral and lead processes across various programs, regularly reviewing dashboards and highlighting opportunities

Provide oversight of existing Select advisors to influence adoption of programs and initiatives

Consult field leadership on situational requests and drive special projects with high organizational impact
