Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and statistical models
Lead time series forecasting initiatives, including demand forecasting, trend analysis, anomaly detection, and scenario modeling
Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data validation
Build scalable, maintainable, and production-grade pipelines
Own the full model lifecycle: development, validation, tuning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining
Ensure robustness, accuracy, explainability, and long-term sustainability of models
Implement drift detection, automated retraining, and performance monitoring
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in time series forecasting, predictive modeling, and scalable ML systems
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Extensive experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and time series forecasting
Strong understanding of feature engineering, model validation, and evaluation techniques
Experience deploying models into production environments
Experience with large-scale or global forecasting systems
Expertise in probabilistic forecasting and uncertainty quantification
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, distributed systems)
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or 7+ years of relevant industry experience
Preferred
Publications or peer-review experience
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards (e.g., WCAG)
