Provide strategic financial leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and organizational risk assessment

Oversee financial operations, internal controls, audits, regulatory filings, and compliance with nonprofit best practices

Partner with executive leadership to evaluate financial implications of programs, capital initiatives, and growth opportunities

Manage organizational investments, reserves, and long-term financial sustainability planning

Lead contract review, insurance oversight, and vendor management with a focus on fiscal responsibility and equity

Build and support inclusive, high-performing Finance, HR, and IT teams through mentorship, collaboration, and succession planning
