Global Product Activation Lead

Responsibilities
Define product positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market (GTM) plans to unlock commercial success
Scope and execute initiatives to drive commercial outcomes in-market
Guide new product rollouts (Alpha/Beta/GA) in collaboration with Product Management (PM) and other GTM colleagues, defining and tracking success metrics
Work with regional cross-functional teams to collect top customer needs from the market, formulate problem statements, and identify sales enablement and/or experimentation initiatives that can be actioned
Aggregate, clarify and size regional feedback to stack rank global product requests
Showcase product progress to internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness, adoption, and gather feedback
Work cross-functionally to help build Moloco’s point of view on industry trends/issues and participate in industry forums to evangelize
Create global templates for new product launches, including global communications and objection handling materials, training templates, commdocs, and pitch decks
Qualification
Required
8+ years in sales activation, sales operations, sales leadership, with 3+ years of program/project management
4+ years in the Mobile Advertising Industry and a deep familiarity with AdTech market dynamics
Keen understanding of AdTech sales motions, including sales enablement and product adoption best practices
Proven track record of driving top line growth via sales activation and product commercialization in a global, fast-paced, and highly cross-functional environment, and will be adept at leading through influence and driving clarity in ambiguous situations
Combination of strong analytical chops with a deep understanding of real-life seller, customer, and product development dynamics
A strong ability to synthesize compelling solutions that result in cross-functional consensus from disparate data points and then work with stakeholders to deliver tangible results from those solutions
Balance advocating for unique regional needs while also being able to connect global initiatives to local markets productively based on regional nuances
Demonstrated capability of implementing operational rigor with an eye toward not letting procedure get in the way of impact
Experience working with, supporting, and teaching customers
Comfortable communicating complex and lightly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize well in a fast-growing, dynamic work environment
