Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Develop and implement strategic territory business plans aligned with company objectives
Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities
Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts to increase product adoption and revenue growth
Serve as the primary contact for healthcare providers, clinics, and key stakeholders in the territory
Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and follow-up visits to drive adoption
Provide consultative support, addressing client needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to execute targeted campaigns and initiatives
Represent the company at regional conferences, trade shows, and networking events
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software
Provide timely reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates to management

Required

1-2 years of successful sales experience, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, or B2B sales

Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Must be located in North or Central Texas

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
