Client Service: Advise on best practices, build strong client relationships
Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparency, deliver reports, and facilitate alignment
Project Delivery: Oversee solution design, implementation, and quality assurance
Planning & Execution: Define scope, timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Team Leadership: Manage 20–25 team members, assign resources, and foster collaboration
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues
Budget Management: Monitor expenses, forecast needs, and report financials
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet standards and conduct post-project evaluations
